Pastel and Grayscale

A lone world hurtles through the darkness of space.

On this world is a growing nation called Lifetime, its denizens are people called Thoughts trying to forge their way through the dangerous darkness of the planet. The darkness is full of terrors and unknown monsters, and Lifetime has been ravaged by endless civil wars.

The eight queens that rule over the Thoughts, Lust, Hate, Hope, Sloth, Pride, Envy, Gluttony, and Greed, have tentatively decided to seek peace among themselves by creating a republic. Lust, backed by Hope, Envy, and Gluttony, thinks they should focus on rebuilding the broken country. Hate and her allies, Sloth, Pride, and Greed, are more concerned with forging ahead into the darkness, believing that their survival can only be ensured through conquest.

Lust and her supporters chose Pastel to represent them, a flighty, inexperience, young and impulsive Thought. Hate’s group decides on Grayscale, a calculating and relentless battle-hardened commander for their representative. Can the two Thoughts work together and find common ground for their people and their queens? Can the queens learn to live in harmony after a lifetime of war?
